Minto Foundation cannot intervene on behalf of the invitees with the Embassy or U.S. Consulate via fax, phone, surface mail, or email. The U.S. Department of State provides information on traveling to the United States regarding passports, international travel, etc.
To request a letter of invitation to attend the Conference, Full Access registration MUST be completed and paid before a Letter of Invitation can be sent. A copy of your registration confirmation email must accompany your letter request. Please be ready to provide your complete official name, date of birth, physical address, email address, and passport number (if available).
Minto Foundation will only refund 50% of the registration fees after the registration due to an individual's inability to obtain a visa.

Minto Foundation is NOT liable for any amounts paid to third parties such as airline and hotel bookings.
Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Attendees are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.
